Nobody enjoys reading the small print - but at the Men’s Gift Company trust and honesty are an important part of our ethos and we aim to be as transparent as possible. Below you’ll find details of our delivery and returns policy, terms and conditions and our privacy statement. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

Confirmation of your order does not mean that a contract exists between us which happens when we send you an invoice. If the description, availability or price of your order has changed, we will always contact you first to ensure that any changes are acceptable and of course you would have the opportunity to cancel your order.

United Kingdom

Postage: £3.49 (standard Royal Mail 1st Class)

We aim to send your item out THE SAME DAY if you order Monday to Friday before 2pm but please allow 1-3 working days for your delivery. If you have requested an engraving please expect to receive your item within 3-5 days.

Guaranteed Next day Postage: £6.99 (order before 2pm Monday to Thursday)

Items are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery - a signature will be required upon receipt of the goods.

Goods can be sent overseas to countries with suitable secure postal services. Please allow up to 6-10 working days for delivery.

The rest of the World

Postage: £7.95

 Goods can be sent overseas to countries with suitable secure postal services. Please allow up to 8-12 working days for delivery.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. It is recommended that you contact your local customs office for further information.


If you are in any way not happy with Men’s Gift Company purchase then just return it to us within 14 days for a full refund or we will be happy to exchange it. Postage costs are not included. Please ensure the item arrives unused and in the same condition in which you received it to ensure a full refund. Please retain your proof of delivery from the Post Office when sending items back to us in case they go astray. Unfortunately post sometimes gets lost so we advise that you take out enough postal insurance to cover the cost of the returned item as you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage.

Please return items to The Men’s Gift Company, PO Box 722, Exeter, Devon, EX1 9QR, United Kingdom. Unfortunately any items that we consider to have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced or credited.

We are so confident of the quality of the gifts we sell that our products come with a 2 year guarantee. If for any reason you find a fault with your product then please return it to us with proof of purchase and we’ll be happy to send you a replacement free of charge. In the unlikely event that we no longer stock the item, we will offer you a selection of alternatives.


Privacy is important. At the Men's Gift Company we promise we will keep your details confidential and never sell or divulge your personal information to any third party except for goods delivery purposes, or if required to under UK Law.
