If you are not happy with your Men’s Gift Company purchase simply notify us within 7 days and return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Postage costs are not refunded unless we are fault in some way, in which case we will happily refund your expenses. Please ensure the item arrives unused and in the same condition in which you received it to ensure a full refund. For engraved items, we will not be able to offer a refund unless there is a fault with the product or with the engraving. Please retain your proof of delivery from the Post Office when sending items back to us in case they go astray. We advise that you take out postal insurance to cover the cost of the returned item as you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage in transit.
